One form, three uses: propose a governance motion, nominate a board member (yourself or someone else), or apply to moderate the Discord. Pick the Type below, fill the body, send via GitHub / Discord / email — whichever is easiest. Submissions arrive at twillnet@yahoo.com.
Fill the draft — nothing is sent until you click one of the channel buttons. Copy draft puts the whole thing on your clipboard; Email and GitHub issue pre-fill a message so you can review before sending.
Name the exact extrinsic, the parameter, and the value. Vague proposals get rejected on readability alone.
Where possible, propose changes that can be un-done by a follow-up vote. Irreversible changes need stronger justification.
One motion, one change. Bundled proposals split the vote and tend to die in quorum.
